Dear clients! Appointments will require a valid card on file when booking. You will not be charged till checkout, day of your appointment. To ensure the best experience for all my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation and late arrival policies. 1)24-hour cancellation notice required: Cancellations and requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and requests for rescheduling made within 24 hours without prior notice and No-Shows/No-Call will be charged 100% of the service cost. 2)Late arrivals: I offer 15 minutes grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted to accommodate the remaining time. If you are more than 20 minutes late - your appointment may need to be cancelled and will be considered as No-Show with charges of 100% of the service cost. 3)Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without any penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me or use the Gloss Genius online option. Parking info: you can park on the street or you can use parking garage called “South parking”, it is free for customers.
